Such prepaid price plans are also suited for people travelling or staying in Germany for several weeks or months, because there is no long minimum term. All foreigners need in order to buy a prepaid SIM card in Germany is an ID. Prices for starter packages range from 10 euros without no or a 5 euros credit to 20 euros with a 10 euro credit for free calls. There is no new phone in the starter package included.
