Current tariffs are 0.99 EUR with Deutsche Telekom per minute. But at the moment will be more than difficult, to get connection, as I don't know if their public branch exchange is still running or not. e-mail seem to get thru sometimes, if you know an licensed radio amateur, they can relay short messages.
