The new Apple smart-phones iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 8GB haven been launched. Apple and carriers in Germany are already accepting orders for the new Apple smart-phones. Here is a short overview of German carriers marketing the iPhone 4S, the iPhone 4 8GB and the iPhone 3G S and the purchase prices they are asking for.

At the German web store of Apple, customers can buy all three different versions of the iPhone 4S. The iPhone 4S 16 GB will cost € 629.00 without plan, the iPhone 4S 32 GB will cost € 739.00 and the iPhone 4S 64 GB will cost € 849.00. The new Apple smart-phone model will be available in black or white. Apple will be accepting pre-orders starting tomorrow and start shipping the iPhone 4S to its customers on October 14th.

Looking at the Apple web store, you will see that Apple will not offer the iPhone 4 16 GB and the iPhone 4 32 GB versions anymore. Instead, it will start marketing a new 8 GB version of the iPhone on October 14th. This device will be available for € 519.00 with plan.

Among the four network operators Telekom (T-Mobile), Vodafone and Telefónica Germany (O2) offer the iPhone 4S. They are accepting orders already and will start shipping the smart-phone on October 14th, as well. Vodafone and O2 are selling the iPhone 4S unlocked, Telekom with net-lock. As usual at O2 stores, people buying the iPhone 4S can choose between paying the whole amount of money at once or pay monthly rates via the “O2 My Handy” financing program.

As reported earlier, O2 has slashed purchase prices for the iPhone 3G S. This carrier has been offering the iPhone 3G S for € 369.00 for quite a while. Now, Apple itself has reduced the purchase price for this iPhone model, as well. At the Apple store customers will also pay € 369.00 for the iPhone 3G S 8 GB.
