On October 30th, Vodafone UK will launch the Samsung H1 complete with Vodafone 360. Maybe a few days earlier, the cell phone and the new mobile phone interface will be available in Germany, too. A few days ago Vodafone Germany presented Vodafone 360 at its headquarters in Dusseldorf. The main item of Vodafone 360 is the so-called “People Client”. Mobile phones with the interface will offer integrated social networking features and an automatic online backup of contacts and other data. There will also be an app store and a music store. The Samsung H1 will come with a 3.5 inch OLED WVGA touchscreen witha resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, a 5-megapixel camera, 16 GB storage with MicroSD cards, GPS, WiFi as well as UMTS and HSPA support with up to 7.2 mbps download speed. According to remarks by Vodafone representatives in Dusseldorf, it could be that the Samsung H1 will hit stores in Germany on October 25th. Another Vodafone 360 phone will be Samsung M1.
