Speach is a new no-frills provider in the German mobile phone market. With the Speach prepaid price plan mobile phone users call other German mobile or landline phones for 9 cents per minute. Checking voice mail within Germany is free of charge, for sending SMS messages Speach customers pay 9 cents. Using mobile data services the Speach customer is charged 24 cents per megabyte by the mobile phone provider. There is neither a base fee nor a minimum amount per month for Speach customers.

There is a way to reduce the cost of calls further. On www.speach.de registered users find vouchers for 300 shops for all kinds of different products. Speach users get a bonus of 15 minutes for mobile phone calls for free every time they use one of the vouchers for shopping online. Acoording to Speach, the customer will be able to use the bonus minutes about eight weeks after having used the online shopping voucher.

Speach is a no-frills provider seated in Hamburg that cooperates with mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) vistream. The prepaid price plan of Speach is offered in the network of E-Plus. Mobile data transfer download speed reaches up to 384 kbps.
