Aldi Süd Offers Android Smartphone Medion Life P4310

This Thursday, February 2nd, German discount supermarket Aldi Süd will offer the Android smartphone Medion Life P4310 for € 199.00. The Medion Life P4310 is built by Chinese manfucaturer ZTE and comes unlocked. The smartphone features a large touchscreen, Android Gingerbread and a 5-megapixel camera. The Medion Life P4310 is identical in construction as the Base Lutea 2 promoted by German operator E-Plus.

LG X3: German Web Store Offers Upcoming LG Smartphone

German web store Getgoods.de is offering the LG X3 smartphone which hasn’t been announced by the manufacturer yet. Customers can pre-order the LG X3 for € 699 without plan at Getgoods.de but will probably have to wait until March for actually getting the Android smartphone.

Nokia Lumia 710 Now Available in Germany [Update]

Nokia will launch its second Windows Phone Lumia 710 in Germany on January 11th or 12th. The smartphone will be available at shops of the three German carriers Telekom (T-Mobile), Vodafone and Telefónica Germany (O2), but it may take a while until they actually start offering the Windows Phone.

Vodafone Germany Launches Samsung Galaxy Nexus

The Android smartphone Samsung Galaxy Nexus is now also available at Vodafone stores in Germany. As reported earlier, the Galaxy Nexus offered by Vodafone will cost € 599.90 without plan. Customers also closing a contract over 24 months will pay between € 299.90 and € 379.90 – depending on the price plan they choose. For example, the Galaxy Nexus comes for € 299.90 when the buyer decides on a Superflat Internet Plus plan.

Amazon Kindle Fire, Kindle Touch Not Available in Germany

Amazon will launch its first tablet Kindle Fire on November 21st in the United States. Unfortunately, the Kindle Fire will not be available in Germany because here Amazon does not offer such a broad range of content services as in America. However, given that the Kinde Fire will be successful in the United States and Amazon will broaden its range of content services and apps in its German web store, the Amazon tablet will come to Germany eventually.
