Aldi Sells Samsung Galaxy S Again – for even Less Money

Last week, you could buy the Samsung Galaxy S for just € 299.00 at Aldi Nord supermarkets. Next week, Aldi will offer the same Android smart-phone model for even less money. Upcoming Monday, the Samsung Galaxy S will be available at Aldi Süd supermarkets for € 279.00, but this time the package includes just the phone and an headset, but not an in car cradle.

German retailer Offers 1,300 HP Touchpad Tablets for € 129 Each

Nobody wanted to buy the webOS tablet HP Touchpad when it cost more than € 400.00. Aldi Nord Sells Samsung Galaxy S at a Bargain Price

Another bargain smart-phone: This Thursday, September 1st, German discount supermarket Aldi Nord will offer the Samsung Galaxy S for € 299.00. It is the first time that the low-price grocery retailer is selling such a high-end device. The Samsung Galaxy S might not belong to the first league of Android smart-phones anymore, but it is still quite powerful and several former weaknesses of this smart-phone model have been eliminated by the new Android version 2.3 Gingerbread. E-Plus Offers Android Tablet Base Tab with Mobile Data Flat for € 19 per Month

German operator E-Plus (Base) will launch its own tablet Base Tab in mid-June. The device will be available with a mobile data flat rate tariff for € 19.00 per month over a two-year period. In terms of figures, the Base Tab will cost € 216.00 because the regular monthly fee for the “Base Internet Flat” for accessing the Internet via GPRS or UMTS/HSDPA over the mobile network of E-Plus amounts to € 10.00 per month.
